4. Account and access
Access to certain features may require registration, verification and secure login. You are responsible for safeguarding your login details, staff access rights and device security. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
5. Business responsibilities
Restaurant and venue owners are responsible for ensuring:
- Menu accuracy and pricing are correct.
- Any required licensing, permissions and compliance obligations are met.
- Product availability, allergen information and health or safety disclosures are accurate where applicable.
- Customer communications and receipts comply with local law.
6. Orders, reservations and payments
Orders and reservations placed through the platform are subject to confirmation by the venue or business. Prices, availability, service charges, taxes and terms may change without prior notice where legally required or operationally necessary. Where payment processing is used, additional terms and privacy obligations of the payment provider may apply.
7. Cancellations, refunds and disputes
Cancellation, refund and dispute rights may vary by product, venue and jurisdiction. In general, a venue may reject, modify or cancel any order or reservation that is invalid, unsafe, unavailable, or inconsistent with legal or operational requirements. Where a payment has already been taken, refunds will be processed according to the venue’s own policy and applicable law.
